ECI 508 Teacher as Leader
The Individual Leadership Project required that students choose a topic that
interests them and write a publishable paper based on their action research and
review of literature.
My Project:
In this class, I chose to focus on how I could encourage teachers to use differenitation in their classrooms. After conducting research on resources for teachers and information on differentiation, I thought the best way to encourage teachers to use DI was to expose them to what was out there. I created an outline for a professional developlment worskshop that would allow teachers to learn the basics of differentiated instruction and provide them with ready-made examples of how they can easily implement it into their classrooms.
